A look at the Super Mega Launch Party
March 26th @ 7pm
The Loft Launch Party is just a few short weeks away and it just keeps getting better and better. Not only will we have the new TV’s, Xbox 360′s, Wii’s, Rock Band, tons of food, great new furniture, music, movies, and more; we’re ready to unveil our surprise. We’ve been hard at work getting the Loft renovated and we want to throw a big party to celebrate it’s launch! So mark your calendar now for Friday, March 26th because the Super Mega Launch Party is one you won’t want to miss! We’ll have all-new video games, giant tv’s with movies and music, a bunch of food to eat, and a whole lot more. We’ve got a few surprises in store that we will unveil in a few weeks, but just do us a favor: save the date!

Well, we’re supposed to be going sledding this Friday night. But if you remember what happened this past weekend then you know that the temperature rose, the rain fell, and the snow mostly disappeared. Unless we have a major snowfall before Friday I just don’t think sledding will be in the cards any longer.
So what are we going to do? Well, if there is one thing you should know about me it’s that I’ve always got a back up plan. So this Friday we will still meet at Cross of Christ in the loft at 5:30pm. We’ll have pizza for everyone and then from 6pm – 9pm we’re going to take over the church for some Flashback madness. I’m thinking maybe a little Sardines, Hide and Seek, and Kickball. If you’ve got some old school games that you miss playing let me know and we’ll try to fit them in as well. Regardless, Friday night will be a great time and we hope that you’ll join us up here for it!

On January 29th consider joining us for a chance to “Flashback” to one of the greatest child activities ever… sledding! We’ll meet up at Cross of Christ for pizza in the loft at 5:30pm and then load into the bus by 6:00pm to head over to either Franklin Hill or Bowers Farm for a great night of sledding. We’ll return to the church around 9:00pm. The best part, it’s totally free! Bring a sled if you got one and be sure to dress warm (we’ll have a few loaner sleds available as well).
* If we don’t have any snow we’ll still hang out from 5:30pm – 9:00pm at Cross of Christ in the Loft for pizza, movies, games, basketball, and maybe even a giant spoons tournament!
Stop by on December 28th at 6:30pm for a chance to plan and discuss upcoming trips, events, and Bible Studies. In fact we will even take some time to talk about a re-design for the Loft in the coming months. We want to make sure that this ministry is something that you want to be at. That the things we do are things that you are interested in. So come on out have some food (and there will be plenty of food) and hang out for the night to talk about all kinds of upcoming things.
December 21st
On Monday, December 21, 2009 we’re heading to Greenfield Village for christmas caroling, bonfires, carriage rides, and an unforgettable Christmas experience. We’ll leave from the church at 5:30pm and return around 10:45pm. If you’re interested in going the last chance to sign up is on December 16th! Be sure to grab a flyer, fill it out, and return it to the Church Office or drop it off in Pat’s office (and feel free to grab some candy when you stop by!).
